Yoga at the Virg with Wanna

Please join us for a free 1-hour yoga session at the Virginian Lodge lawn with instructor Wanna Johansson to close the 2024 festival! Bring your own mat and props if you have them (we will have extras on-site if you need). Register below so we have a head count.

Wanna Johansson is an author, creator and designer for clients and publications like Eckhart Tolle, The Sounds True Foundation, Mindfulness.com, and the Washington Post. She is a certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher through the Greater Good Science Center at UC Berkeley, and a certified Embodied Flow™ facilitator–the first school to bring the Somatic landscape of Body Mind Centering®, and the non-dual technology of Tantra into the container of yoga. She has been practicing yoga since 1998 and facilitating since 2009, teaching retreats and trainings internationally–fusing outdoor adventure sports with the practices of mindfulness and yoga–and online at The Embodied Yoga Summit. Her current research investigates these practices of mindfulness, somatic awareness, and movement as conduit for diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility in wellness practices and outdoor spaces.
